Am I supposed to take the honeopathic remedy when I get my chief complaint? Is it supposed to relieve my chief complaint?
Yes to the former, and a qualified yes to the latter.
If your chief complaint has a cyclical, relapsing-remitting pattern - for example, headaches / migraines, menstrual cramps, Meniere's disease / tinnitus, Multiple Sclerosis, herpes, or seizures - take a dose of the homeopathic if and when you have a recurrence of your chief complaint.
Based on your response to that dose, we can evaluate whether you need to take any additional doses.
Basically, the only time you'd probably want to take more is if you take some and don't notice any change, positive or negative.
Everyone has different thresholds at which they'll start experiencing a noticeable response from a remedy. I have patients who need three doses over the course of a week before they even begin to feel a shift, while others can experience a powerful effect just from holding the remedy in their hand.
Post 1 of this series involves detailed discussion of the different scenarios under which you might want to redose.

For about three years, I was suffering from unpleasant symptoms with my digestion which eventually triggered my social anxiety that was going to the extent of periodic panic attacks occurring in crowds, before going out of home or with no apparent or trivially discoverable reason.
At first, the remedy Andy gave me made some gradual, slow changes, but we weren't quite there, yet. Later on, Andy found some interesting homeopathic solutions that improved my quality of life big time.
Like with any sensible approach, I didn't become absolutely okay overnight (and I still have some issues) but it looks like my social anxiety came down to a much more tolerable level and I forgot when was the last time I experienced a panic attack like I did before. Suffice to say, I am not obsessed with my condition anymore — and that's a huge step forward.
Also, the probiotics and various herbal medicines Andy gave me to improve my digestion were working quite well, albeit at times those solutions were rather temporary.
I don't normally take any of these things regularly now and yet my stomach is doing much better than before.
My only reason for trying Dr. Andy's treatment was to help me quit smoking.
If that had been all that he did, I would have already been satisfied.
Needless to say, I was pretty blown away when the homeopathic remedy and neuroemotional releases not only helped me quit smoking (going on 1 year now) but also made my stools better (less painful, blood and frequent).
The Bowen therapy also seemed to make made me less depressed in winter, and helped straighten the curvature in my spine.
I also get hardly any pain during my flow now, and the flow isn't as crazy heavy as it was.
