When To Take Homeopathic Medicine | Homeopathic Health (2 of 7)

Part 2 in a 7-part series on Homeopathic Treatment Guidelines

Am I supposed to take the honeopathic remedy when I get my chief complaint? Is it supposed to relieve my chief complaint?

Yes to the former, and a qualified yes to the latter.

If your chief complaint has a cyclical, relapsing-remitting pattern - for example, headaches / migraines, menstrual cramps, Meniere's disease / tinnitus, Multiple Sclerosis, herpes, or seizures - take a dose of the homeopathic if and when you have a recurrence of your chief complaint.

Based on your response to that dose, we can evaluate whether you need to take any additional doses.

Basically, the only time you'd probably want to take more is if you take some and don't notice any change, positive or negative.

Everyone has different thresholds at which they'll start experiencing a noticeable response from a remedy. I have patients who need three doses over the course of a week before they even begin to feel a shift, while others can experience a powerful effect just from holding the remedy in their hand.

Post 1 of this series involves detailed discussion of the different scenarios under which you might want to redose.

Andy helped me overcome my battles with alcohol addiction, and I don't get anymore liver pain.

The warts on my feet are gone, and I don't get the tonsillitis every winter like I used too either.

I found that the remedies prescribed by Dr. Somody had a huge impact on previous debilitating female health problems that I had struggled with for years.

I feel that I can live my life the way I want to without having to worry about menstrual pain or bladder issues.

Dr. Somody has a caring and sensitive nature when he deals with his patients.

He makes a patient feel empowered by validating her own insights with regards to health matters.

When Dr. Somody uses emotional healing methods, a patient feels as if a weight has been lifted almost instantly.

I recommend him to my friends and family very often.

I feel like a new man thanks to the Bowen treatments!

No more pain, weakness, stiffness and restriction in my knee or shoulder.

The ganglion seems to have gotten a fair bit better too - at least it's stopped hurting.

Thanks, Andy.
